Lindermeir + Company GmbH is a family office that builds and scales operational B2B service companies.
We develop scalable systems for marketing, sales and operations, always with a clear focus on data, processes and quality of results. We are building an internal GTM operating system across our portfolio companies and want the technical setup in-house instead of depending on expensive freelancers.

𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 / 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲
You build the technical GTM foundation across Clay, GHL, Salesforge / Mailforge and Expandi. You create a clean lead data flow from source to enrichment, CRM, outreach and tracking. You set up the fields, workflows, automations, routing logic and system structure needed to run outbound in a stable way. Your goal is to turn the current tool stack into one working, documented and internally manageable operating system.

𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐟
• You have already built GTM, CRM or Revenue Operations systems yourself and brought them live
• You can show real proof of hands-on work in fields, triggers, workflows, automations, lead stages or integrations
• You can explain and structure a full lead flow from source to CRM to outreach without creating tool chaos
• You are stronger in technical system building than in pure sales, campaign management or consulting
• You work lean, fast and budget-conscious and know how to build the simplest system that works well
• You document clearly and build systems that another operator can manage after handover
• You can prioritize what must be built first and what can wait until later
• You are comfortable working directly in tools and solving setup problems hands-on

𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞
• Hands-on experience with Clay
• Hands-on experience with GHL
• Hands-on experience with Salesforge, Mailforge or similar outbound infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Expandi or similar LinkedIn automation
• Experience with AI-supported workflows or AI agents inside GTM or CRM operations
• Experience rolling out one setup blueprint across multiple companies
